From I-5 south or I-5 north Take Hwy 18 East, exit on "C" Street SW. Turn Left under the fwy.
Same Hwy 18 exit westbound, turn left on to "C" Street SW.
Take next right (3rd S.W.) over the railroad tracks. Go three short blocks to S. Division.
Take a left on S. Division.
Go two ½ blocks and on your right is IPiPP/SPLAB!

From 167 going south or north, Take 18 East. Follow same directions as above.
