Exercising The Verbal Imagination
The workshop centers on creating a spontaneous verbal exercise in sight, sound, taste, touch, smell and word melodies. The accompanying talk will touch some of the arts and bring in a little known idea of Jack
Kerouac's. As many students as time permits will read their exercises aloud. Suggested donation for the workshop is 30.00, and registration is limited to 30 as SPLAB! is an intimate space. Five student scholarships are available with advance registration.
